At Manuka Gardens, we’re committed to looking after our team, understanding that if we take care of our people, they’ll look after our clients too. We prioritise work-life balance, offering tangible benefits like a 9-day fortnight, where every second Friday is a rostered day off. This schedule helps keep our team refreshed, productive, and passionate about their work.
We also believe in accelerated growth for our staff. You won’t be confined to one role or task just because it’s familiar. We want our team to become well-rounded tradespeople and Horticulturists with skills across Landscape Design, Landscape Construction, and Horticulture. This holistic approach benefits both our team and clients by ensuring a highly skilled workforce that’s able to tackle a wide variety of projects.
For those starting out in the industry, we offer Landscape Construction and Horticultural apprenticeships to the right candidates. With the support of an experienced team, apprentices gain hands-on experience, and the skills needed to become successful professionals and launch their careers.
