Simon and Victoria’s story
Manuka Gardens is the result of a shared dream between Simon and Victoria Davies.
For Simon, horticulture was a family tradition, inspired by his grandmother’s and parents’ love of gardening. His passion grew through high school, eventually leading him into formal studies in horticulture and landscape design and construction. From managing award-winning garden projects in Sydney to establishing Manuka Gardens in Canberra, Simon’s expertise has always been driven by a love of plants and a vision to create beautiful, plant-focused landscapes. Today, he oversees the work at Manuka Gardens while working directly with our Design Team, ensuring that each project lives up to his exacting standards.
Victoria brings extensive business experience, having worked at the executive level in high-end hotels and professional services. She developed exceptional skills in client relationships, organisation, and management. Her background allows her to manage the day-to-day business aspects of Manuka Gardens, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.
Together, Simon and Victoria blend their complementary strengths to create a company that prioritises quality, professionalism, and a personal touch in every interaction.
